The ever entertaining and informative Kevin Garner with the Missouri Sports High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) updates us on the new rules while the knowledgable former Executive Director of MSHSAA and retired Sports Director with the National Federation for High School Sports, Becky Oakes educates us on the process.
