In this episode, we have a coaches panel and play “out of the hat” as we drew random topics and present them to our experienced and knowledgeable panel. Their answers to the questions signified their expertise and why they are all top of their game in their respective sports. I love these panels because it reminds us how coaching is not just x’s and o’s, it is not just working with a team, it is building something. It is building a concept and platform that is used to help shape and mold us. My guests tonight know this inside and out.
